Supervision in your EHR, start to finish.
Licensure hours count from the calendar. Supervisors sign them, co-sign notes, run supervision and get paid, all in one place.
Jamie, an intern, keeps their hours
- Client hours count from attended sessions. Supervisees send them, and you sign or send them back.
- Co-sign notes before or after they enter the record, or ask for changes.
- Supervisees pay supervision fees by card, and interns join free.
- Recordings only with the client's written consent, kept inside Coral.
Couples and families as one session.
Book two to six people into one session. Each person keeps their own chart, the shared note shows in every chart, and one person gets the bill.
- You mark each person's outcome, so a no-show is recorded for the right person.
- Guardians get their own portal access for a child, separate from who pays.
- Couple, family and group video on every plan: up to 6 clients plus 4 guests, such as an interpreter.
- Each person keeps a private chart for their own individual sessions.
We build your website, and it books into Coral.
A website written in your voice and set up to be found. Booking requests land in Coral marked with where each person found you.

How did you hear about us?
AI for the paperwork, with you in charge.
It drafts notes from video sessions and answers questions from the chart, linking what it writes to its sources. It never diagnoses, and the owner can turn it off.
Your note, drafted from the session
It listens in your video session, then drafts the note in the template you choose, for you to check and sign.
The draft, in your note
It fills the empty sections of Ana’s SOAP note and tints them until you edit. Anything it left out is listed for you.
Your client agrees first. No audio is kept, and you write risk and diagnoses.
Ask about one client, or your whole caseload
About one client
Ask on Today’s Next up card, before Ana’s session.
It reads only what you can already open, and never diagnoses or changes a record.
Dictation, on Pro
Press control and talk. Your words land in whatever field you’re in, as you said them.
Dictation, the notes assistant and the chart assistant come with Pro. The owner sets AI for the whole practice: dictation and assistants, dictation only, or off. Coming next: AI reports and an AI form builder.
How AI works in CoralThe small things, done the way you asked.
Most of Coral started as something a therapist told us their old EHR made hard. Here are eight of them.
Group and couple video costs extra on my plan.
In Coral: Couple, family and group video comes with every plan, along with EMDR and the sand tray.
I pay for an EHR, a notes tool and an EMDR app.
In Coral: One login covers the record, the session tools and the optional notes assistant.
I have to link every note to its session by hand.
In Coral: A progress note opens from its session, already dated to it.
The bill doesn't match the calendar.
In Coral: Cancel a session and its unbilled charge drops off. Change a fee and an unpaid invoice is reissued at the new amount.
Changing a signed note overwrites what was there.
In Coral: Edit a signed note whenever you need to, and Coral keeps every version and its history.
My clients got a flood of emails when I switched.
In Coral: When we move your practice in, clients hear nothing until you say so.
I can't message my team inside the EHR.
In Coral: Team chat is built in on every plan.
I don't know what the AI keeps.
In Coral: Audio is never stored, transcripts are deleted when you sign, and one setting turns AI off for everyone.
Safe once you're here, easy to move in.
Every practice signs a BAA with us from day one. We do the move for you, and your clients hear nothing until you're ready.

Questions therapists ask
Short answers on switching, pricing, privacy and support.
What makes CoralEHR different from other EHRs?
Coral is built only for therapy practices, solo and group, starting with private pay. Notes, calendar, billing and the client portal are on every plan, along with tools many therapists pay other vendors for today. EMDR bilateral stimulation, a 3D sand tray and play tools run inside Coral's own video sessions, supervision lives in the same place as your notes, couples and families book as one session, and we can build your practice website too.
Is CoralEHR HIPAA compliant?
Yes. Every practice signs a Business Associate Agreement with us. Coral is hosted on AWS in the United States, records are encrypted in transit and at rest, two-step sign-in is available and owners can require it, and changes to records are logged with who made them and when.
Can I migrate from Google Docs or another EHR?
Yes. We move your data for you, free. You export from your old EHR, spreadsheets or documents, and we bring it into Coral. Notes come over as the original documents with their dates, and your clients hear nothing until you say so. We give you a date once we have checked your files.
How does CoralEHR save time?
Billing follows the session: the fee is set when you book, the invoice is created when you mark the outcome, and AutoPay can charge the card on file. Scored measures drop into your note, forms go out when a client books, and the session tools add a short description to your progress note. On Pro, an optional notes assistant drafts your note for you to review and sign. We don't publish an hours-saved figure.
Is it hard to learn or use the AI features?
No. On Pro you talk or click to get a draft, then edit it like any other note, and the owner can turn AI off for the whole practice with one setting.
Does the AI make clinical decisions for me?
No. The assistant drafts and summarizes what is already in the chart, and every fact links back to the record it came from. You review and sign everything. It does not read psychotherapy notes, and it never assesses, diagnoses or recommends treatment.
Does Coral track supervision hours for licensure?
Yes. Client hours count from attended sessions on the calendar, with couples and family hours kept apart, and supervision is logged as individual, triadic or group. Supervisees send their hours for sign-off, supervisors sign or send them back, and the signed record is emailed to the supervisee. Supervisees can pay supervision fees by card. Use the hour goals from your program or licensing board, since boards differ.
Does CoralEHR work with insurance?
Coral starts with private pay. Today you can send clients superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. Eligibility checks and out-of-network claims are coming to Pro, and in-network claims are planned for January 2027.
Can I prepay for a discount?
Yes. Prepay 3 months for 5% off, 6 months for 10% off or 12 months for 20% off, on solo and group plans. Our team arranges it on your demo call. Every plan starts with 2 weeks free and has a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Do you build practice websites?
Yes. We build your practice website, and booking requests from it land in Coral marked with where each person found you. We quote the price on a short call, since it depends on what you need.
What support do I get?
We set up your practice, team and roles with you when you join. Email support@coralehr.com any time, on every plan. We usually reply within a couple of hours.
