Do clients need an app?
No. The portal runs in the browser on any phone or computer, with nothing to install.
Can parents use the portal for a child?
Yes. Guardians get their own portal access for a child and can act for them. Portal access and who pays are set separately.
Are portal messages secure?
Yes. Messages stay inside Coral, covered by your BAA. Clients and staff can attach up to 5 files of up to 50 MB each, and every file is scanned.
Can I set an away message?
Yes. Set an away reply that clients see once, with a crisis line, while you're away.
