Can clients book online?
Yes. Clients book from your booking page or the client portal, inside the hours and booking rules you set. Each booking comes in as a request for you to accept, unless you choose instant booking.
How do recurring sessions work?
Repeat a session weekly or on your own pattern. When something changes, edit one session, this and the ones after it, or all of them.
Does Coral send appointment reminders?
Yes, by email: 24 hours before each session, and 10 minutes before a video session with the join link. You can change the timing per session. Coral does not send text reminders.
What happens when I move or cancel a session?
The client gets an email when you move or cancel a session, unless you switch it off for that change.
Does it sync with Google Calendar?
Google Calendar sync is coming. Today, your Coral calendar holds your sessions, supervision meetings and personal events.
Can I see the whole practice's calendar?
Yes, if your role allows it. Color sessions by clinician, service, status or office, and switch between Mine and Everyone.
