Articles are 1,000 to 1,500 words, on topics we pick together on a 15-minute call each quarter. We write them, and nothing goes live until you approve it.

How do booking requests from my website reach me?

Each request lands in Coral as a booking request, marked with where the person found you: your website, a directory, a colleague or a search. You accept it and the client is set up.

Can I see which places bring me clients?

Yes. Owners see requests, new clients, first sessions and sessions to date by source, month by month, in Team.

Will my website show up in Google and AI answers?

We build every site with the search basics done properly: clear pages for what you treat and where, fast loading, structured data and plain answers to the questions clients ask. Nobody can promise a ranking, and we won't.

How much does a practice website cost?

It depends on what you need, so we quote it on a short call. Ask about it on your demo.

Do I have to use CoralEHR to get a website?

No. We build websites for practices on CoralEHR and for practices that aren't. Contact and booking forms are optional, and when a site uses them they send inquiries only into CoralEHR.

Is the website HIPAA compliant?

The site itself stores no client information. If it uses our forms, inquiries go straight into CoralEHR, which is covered by the Business Associate Agreement we sign with your practice. We don't add ad pixels or tracking scripts.

Can I edit the site myself?

There is no page editor. Changes go through us, and anything we built that breaks is fixed free for as long as we host the site. If you would rather run it yourself, you can take the code with you.

What happens if I leave?

You can leave at any time at no charge and take your domain, the site's code, the built files and all of your content. We keep hosting it free for 15 days while you move.

Will you add client testimonials?

No. The APA and ACA ethics codes bar therapists from asking clients for testimonials, so we leave them off every site.

Do you host my email?

No. We leave your email where it is and protect its settings when we move your domain.
